Scheduled Service
Allegiant offers nonstop service to Las Vegas, Phoenix-Mesa, Tampa Bay area, Orlando-Sanford, and Fort Lauderdale from smaller cities across the United States. They are a low-cost, leisure airline that targets small cities with limited passenger airline service. Some Allegiant destinations are secondary airports that are close to large metropolitan areas; others are small markets with little or no other airline service. By not targeting business travelers and big airports, Allegiant has managed to stay clear of the major airline's paths and continue to grow as people continue choosing Allegiant- the local airline that delivers for a low cost. With a focus on leisure travel, the company emphasizes low-fares, nonstop flights, and innovative vacation packages to world-class destinations.

Charter Services
Allegiant currently has two contracts for track programs with Harrah's Entertainment, a major gaming company. One contract is to provide an aircraft in Laughlin, Nevada for charter flights to over 125 different cities across the U.S. and the other is to provide an aircraft in Reno, Nevada to various U.S. cities. In addition to the track programs, Allegiant markets its charter services to a variety of customers including university athletic teams, corporations, governments and other customers that need "on demand" charter services.

Hubs / Focus Cities
Allegiant operates under the "Hub and Spoke" system, with two official hubs: Las Vegas and Orlando-Sanford. The airline also has four other "Focus" cities including Phoenix-Mesa, St. Petersburg (Tampa), Fort Lauderdale, and Daytona Beach.

Scheduled Service
Virtual Allegiant Air offers the same Scheduled Service and follows the same route chart that the real airline does, with a few exceptions. We've taken Allegiant's focus of being a leisure vacation airline and expanded that to other US hot-spots, as well as international service to the world's finest vacation destinations. These locations include: the Bahamas, Cancun, Key West, Hawaii, Burmuda, Hong Kong, London, St. Maarten, Paris, Winnipeg, Rome, and San Juan.

Charter Services
Virtual Allegiant honors the same two charter contracts for track programs with Harrah's... providing charter routes from Laughlin and Reno, Nevada to over 125 different cities across the U.S. Additionally, we will occasionally release charter routes to simulate hired services from various customers. Finally, Virtual Allegiant is always open to adding member-requested routes to our Charter database. These are usually routes between one of our hubs and the member's home airport.

Hubs / Focus Cities
While Virtual Allegiant was under development, our staff had a hard time deciding how to conduct hub operations. Looking at our routes map (taken directly from Allegiant Air's website), there are too many flights from Allegiant's "Focus Cities" to not include them as Hubs. Taking advantage of virtual simulation and no money restrictions, we deviated from the real airline in this aspect, and designated three of those four cities as Hubs.
